THE GATE OUTER FRAME AND THE DOOR FRAME IS MADE OF 30MM X30MM BOX SECTION, METAL SHEET IS WELDED ON BACK OF THE DOOR FRAME INFILL BARS  ARE METAL SOLID 12MM ROUND BARS TO PROVIDE PRIVACY AND GOOD SECURITY

GATE COMES WITH A HEAVY DUTY LOCINOX LOCK SPECIALLY MANUFACTURED FOR EXTERNAL METAL GATES THE GATE LOCK PINS ARE PROTECTED WITH METAL PLATE TO PROTECT IT FROM TEMPERING ALTHOUGH IN PICTURE ABOVE ITS ON THE INSIDE AS PER CUSTOMER REQUEST.
GATE HAS WELDED WITH 2 TIME STRONG HINGES ,  8 MM DIA HOLES IN THE FRAME FOR HIDDEN SECURE FIXING THE OUTER DIA OF HOLES ARE 15MM SO THE SCREW SINK INSIDE THE FRAME 
Note we can add flat bar instead of box section at the bottom of the frame if its a trip hazard or bins hurdle please massage after buying the Gate has only 10mm clearance under so if you need more please message

Please Note Hinges on left means left hand side hinges looking at the Gate from inside the Gate open inwards towards you by pulling in or push in from outside 
Hinges on the Right are Right hand side hinges looking at the Gate from inside the Gate opens inwards towards you. The Pictured Gate above has hinges on the right from inside.
Note if you want the Gate to open outwards please message after buying so we can weld the hinges on the outside.

THIS GATE HAS NO ADJUSTMENTS SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE PROPERLY. WHEN MEASURING WIDTH OR LENGTH OF THE GAP PLEASE MEASURE TOP MIDDLE AND BASE OF THE OPENING THE SMALLEST IS THE WIDTH YOU NEED TO CHOOSE SAME FOR THE HEIGHT CHECK BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT. I WILL ADVISE TO BUY THIS GATE ONLY IF YOU HAVE SOME DIY EXPERIENCE OF FITTING.
NOTE: PLEASE FILL THE LITTLE GAPS BETWEEN THE WALL AND GATE FRAME WITH WASHERS OR NUTS BEFORE TIGHTENING THE FIXING SCREWS AS TIGHTENING CAN BEND THE FRAME AND DISTURB THE LEVEL OF THE GATE WHICH WILL RESULT IN GATE NOT CLOSING OR LOCKING PROPERLY.
