The Eye on the top side of  the bollard is 100 mm from the top of the ball, it has an opening of 25mm to 30mm dia. Chain eye is on the same side as the locking point.
The Height of 1000 mm Bollard above the ground including base is Approximately : 1.3 Meter
About 300mm Concreted in to the Ground, 1000mm above the ground.
The Height of  800 mm Bollard is 1100mm including the base 300 mm base for concrete in the ground.
