Beautiful Drive Gate with Composite Infill - Heavy Duty - Made to Last
 
MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS
 
Heavy duty drive Gate. Gate frame is made of 30mm x 30mm Box section or 40mm x 40mm if your gate width is wider then 10ft or 3050mm. Composite boards 152mmn wide and 20mm in thickness. Gate comes with a pair of 40mm x 40mm box section square posts with hanging hooks with 12mm diameter holes for fitting to the walls or pillars etc. 
Gates Frames are powder coated semi gloss black. 
 
Metal posts
You can add posts to your gates from the menu they are 100mm x 100mm x 3mm box section the posts are 2450mm long, 600mm of the post length is to sink into the concrete 50mm clearnce under the gate and 1800mm for hanging the gates.
Please note Gate posts would not increase the width or lenght of the gate if you buy 8ft gate with 2 posts they will all fit in 8ft gap.  If you want the posts to add up to the width of the gates please add  a note or send us email or message.
 
 
LOCKING
Gate is supplied with good quality Locinox Lock weather resistant.
 
This gate folds outwards and then open inwards if you want it to fold inwards and open inwards please add a note or message us.
 We also make them to measure so if you can't find the correct size please message us.
All gates are manufactured after sale.
 
COLOUR
 
We only do 3 colours you can choose the infill composite colour from the menu.  Other colours can be arranged please message before buying.
 
The Gate style will be Similar to the Pictures above.
 
SIZE
 
Please choose the gate length from the above menu. Gate sizes are to fit the opening width the actual Gate length are 40mm smaller then your gate opening which leaves you approx 30mm tolerance.
 
The Gate is brand new. All Gates are manufactured after sales.
 
Polite request: Please do not commit to buy if you are going to cancel the order as All gates are manufactured after sale and we don't have large storage facility.
 
Note: these Gates are heavy so you will be required to help the delivery driver to off load.
